Not easy to get an appointment when I wan t. (have to wait at least a week).
Not getting my prescription on time of sometimes can't renew it when I have a letter from consultant at the hospital.
Overall not bad still get the nice lady's at the reception who do their best.

I would say that is the worst GP surgery in the brought the staff are rude and uninterested and make you feel guilty for booking appointments and taking GP's time to have to call at 8 AM to book appointments is bad practice as most modern surgeries have on line booking and late appointments after 6 pm since or Ramsbottom has left this surgert. The service has become poor.

The receptionist, nurses and doctors are friendly and professional and will explain things quite clearly do I understand and can make good choices.

Nurse were really calming, made what is usually an embarrassing procedure much less so she was friendly clear and informative.
